- To review the criteria for fellows membership status.
- To review applications from nominees for fellows status after the nominees eligibility has been checked by the NCFR office (member of NCFR at least five continuous years, a current member, contributions of service to NCFR, and two of three endorsements from NCFR members).
- During the NCFR Annual Conference, discuss and vote on which applicants will be recommended to the Board of Directors. (Note: Maximum number may not exceed 1% of the entire membership of NCFR.) Only applications unanimously approved by all five committee members may be forwarded to the Board.
